Beefywheel1 is a locally owned
provider of Technology Products and Services. Our
Services are designed to
help you acquire newer and better technology, use
that technology to the best of your ability, and
provide support for the life of that technology. We
have quickly transformed to provide everything from
Technology Sales, to Technology Support, to
Telecommunication Services, to Website Services, and
Home Services.
Beefywheel1 President, Matthew
Sisson, started the company with just $50 and a
laptop in Colorado Springs in 2008. Beefywheel1 is a
dedicated to providing an excellent, better, more
personalized Technology Service Experience.
In early 2009 demand from
clients of Beefywheel1 had us expand the business
from just Computer Repair and Website Services to
providing custom built desktops solutions at a
better-than-retail price. Beefywheel1 still provides
custom built desktop for residential and small
business clients. We have since then added sales of
laptops with multiyear warranties and buy-back
programs. Beefywheel1 continues to see
year-over-year growth in PC Sales.
 In
late 2009 Beefywheel1 became a certified partner of
CompTIA, as well as a Dell Registered Partner, an
AMD Fusion Partner,
 and
became affiliated with several long running reputable
service providers, such as ESET, to offer the best
products and services to our clients at the best
price! |
In the
beginning of 2010, there began to be a large number
of clients who were very dissatisfied with their
current phone, internet, and television providers.
They would ask what different providers they could
switch to, and what companies Beefywheel1
recommended. In response to the growing need, in
April of 2010, Beefywheel1 acquired a franchise with
ACN Inc. With this great partnership Beefywheel1 was
now able to deliver Telecommunication Services such
as
High Speed Internet,
Home Phone Service,
Business
Telephony Service,
Cell Phones and Plans,
Satellite
Television, and other
Home Services such as
Home Security
Service. With ACN INC., Beefywheel1 entered a $1.75
Trillion industry. Business growth exploded and we
still see steady constant growth with these new
services!
In May of 2010
we temporarily put our Website Services on hold
until a better plan to meet client needs could be
created.
In fall of 2010
our clients had another recommendation for
Beefywheel1. We had grown the business substantially
since 2008, we provided almost all the technology
products and services our clients needed. We became
the biggest threat to our competition. Until then
our tagline was “The Biggest Geek in Town!” Our
clients were so pleased with our products and
services, that they all said the Beefywheel1 slogan should
change to “The Best Geek in Town!” So we
did!
In January
2011, Beefywheel1 with ACN launched ACN
Premium
Technical Support service. With the new service,
clients can get unlimited remote computer support,
protection, and backup services for residential and
small businesses. Service is available for a low
monthly cost and clients get U.S.-based remote
technician support 24/7/365. This service comes into
perfect harmony with Beefywheel1’s On-Site Technical
Support services. We had several of our clients sign
up for the services as soon as it came out and we
continue to sign more up. The ACN Premium Technical
Support Service is available for both PC and Mac.
Later that same
month, January 2011, Beefywheel1 acquired
Pikes Peak
Computers based out of Monument, Colorado. Before
the acquisition, Pikes Peak Computers was a competitor with
Beefywheel1, after the acquisition, it became a
subsidiary of Beefywheel1. After several months of
managing the merger, all Technology Sales, Support,
and Repairs came under the Pikes Peak Computers by
Beefywheel1 brand. Pikes Peak Computers became the
biggest part of the Beefywheel1 business. Most of
our clients still come to us for technology support
first, and then move to other services provided by
Beefywheel1 as there is need.
In February
2011, Beefywheel1 re-introduced Website Services to
the market, branded as
A Simple Website Today! With
the new service we can provide a full website with
domain within 24 hours of ordering. The website
service comes with three levels of service, Simple
Website Today, Professional Website Today, and
Advanced Website Today. Within a few weeks we had
several websites up and running for clients, and it
still continues to grow rapidly.
In February 2011, Beefywheel1 with ACN, added U.S.
Energy Services! Through deregulation of energy
markets across the U.S., we are putting your energy
services in your control – not the local utility's.
We market energy services provided by licensed
energy retailers, XOOM Energy and Planet Energy. Now
you can choose who you will buy from, when you will
buy and how long your contract term will be!
In September 2011, Pikes Peak Computer by
Beefywheel1 started providing Apple Computers in
addition to the existing product portfolio! So we
offer the Macbook Air, Macbook Pro, Mac Mini, iMac,
and Mac Pro.
We continue to
grow and expand our offerings for our clients as the
industry keeps changing. We have added 2 new
non-contract wireless phone providers, Flash
Wireless and Cricket Wireless; as well as an
additional Home Security provider, Vivint; and
several new technology products, AMD’s Accelerated
Processing Unit based PCs and tablet PCs. |
